Holiday opening hours

East Melbourne Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy will be closed from:

The 24th of December 2024 to the 3rd of January 2025

 

We will temporarily re-open from: 

The 6th of January 2025 to the 10th of January 2025

 

We will then close once more from:

The 13th of January 2025 to the 17th of January 2025

COVID-19

  • We are still open for face-to-face Physiotherapy consultations in the treatment rooms and one-to-one Reformer Pilates sessions

  • Telehealth video consultations are also now available​

  • Please be assured that we are following strict hygiene protocols recommended by the Australian Physiotherapy Association

  • Hydrotherapy was temporarily paused, but it is back as of September 8th 2022!

      Please do not come in to the practice if you are suffering from cold or 'flu like' symptoms

Taking care of your health

Health Insurance

Health fund rebates may apply.

We recommend that you contact your insurance company for details of any policy excess or limits on the number of sessions or amount you can claim.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To be fair to everyone we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment, or else we may need to charge for the time reserved for you.

Doctors referral

A referral is not required to visit a physiotherapist, but doctors may refer patients with injuries to a physiotherapist for treatment.
